Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason. This period begins upon delivery of the last item in your order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

For orders that have not yet shipped, you can cancel directly via your customer account.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Log in to your customer account and submit your return or cancellation request directly from your order history.

Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method used for the original order. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital gift cards, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
