Shipping policy

1.     Dispatch times

Orders placed online via the website https://www.soresundown.com/ are processed daily from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. It takes 5 working days to process an order. Upon receipt of the dispatch confirmation email, the Customer may take into account the carrier delivery times set out below. An email is automatically sent to the Customer when the products are dispatched, provided that the email address given on the registration form is correct.

 

2.     Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the carrier chosen by the Customer and the delivery address.
Soré provides Customers with indicative delivery times as communicated to it by the chosen carrier. Delivery charges are calculated based on the country of delivery at the time the basket is filled and are definitively confirmed according to the chosen delivery method and destination, prior to the final confirmation of the order.

The stated delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, Soré undertakes to deliver all orders within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of order confirmation. Should this timeframe be exceeded, except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
